Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ArkiQ Solutions LLC(“Trajecta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Trajecta website at jointrajecta.com, the Trajecta mobile application, our marketing accounts on third-party platforms (including TikTok), and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).
We are the data controller for personal information processed through the Service. If you have any questions, contact us at team@jointrajecta.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: name, email address, password hash, and date of birth.
- Fitness profile: height, weight, body measurements, training history, goals, dietary preferences, and other inputs needed to compute your Gap Score and plan.
- Workout and nutrition logs: exercises completed, sets, reps, weights, meals, and macronutrient totals you record in-app.
- Communications: messages you send to support, in feedback forms, or via email.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe and/or the Apple App Store / Google Play). We do not store full card numbers.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, time zone, language, crash reports, and feature interactions.
- Cookies and similar technologies on the website for essential session functionality and aggregate analytics.
Information from TikTok and other third parties
If you choose to log in or interact with Trajecta via TikTok’s Login Kit, Display API, Content Posting API, or related developer products, TikTok may share with us:
- your TikTok open ID, union ID, display name, avatar, and profile bio;
- public videos and post metadata you authorize us to read or publish;
- follower counts and other public profile metrics, where you have granted the relevant scope.
We only request the TikTok scopes required to deliver the feature you asked for, and you can revoke access at any time in your TikTok account settings under Settings & privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions.
2. How we use information
- To create and operate your Trajecta account.
- To compute your Gap Score, generate training and nutrition plans, and personalize daily targets.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions through our payment processors.
- To send transactional emails (account, billing, plan updates) and, if you opt in, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
- To diagnose bugs, prevent abuse, and improve the Service through aggregated analytics.
- To publish content on your behalf to TikTok or other platforms, only when you explicitly initiate the action.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
We rely on the following legal bases under GDPR / UK GDPR: contract (to deliver the Service you signed up for), consent (for optional marketing emails and non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (to secure the Service and improve it), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, regulatory compliance).
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under written contracts: Supabase (database and auth hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Stripe (payments), Apple/Google (app distribution and in-app purchases), Resend or similar (email), and analytics/error-tracking providers.
- TikTok, when you authenticate via TikTok or post content to TikTok through Trajecta. The information shared is limited to what is necessary to perform the action you initiated.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. International transfers
Our services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (for example, billing records for tax purposes). Backups are purged on a rolling basis within 90 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data and your account;
- export your data in a portable format;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any of these rights, email team@jointrajecta.com from the email address on your account, or use the in-app Settings → Delete account control. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest for our managed databases, hashed passwords, role-scoped access controls, and audited third-party providers. No system is perfectly secure, so you should also use a strong, unique password.
9. Children’s privacy
Trajecta is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at team@jointrajecta.com and we will delete it.
10. Health and wellness data
Some of the data you give us (weight, body measurements, exercise performance) may be considered health-related. We treat this data with the same protections as other personal data and process it only to deliver the Service to you. Trajecta is not a covered entity under HIPAA, and the Service is not a medical device.
11. Cookies
The marketing site uses essential cookies for navigation and session integrity, and aggregate analytics cookies to understand traffic. The mobile app does not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
12. Third-party platform privacy policies
When you use Trajecta together with a third-party platform, that platform’s privacy policy also governs the data they collect from you:

13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
